How it works:

The Pulsair 10-55 Tote-Stick produces powerful, sequentially timed pulses of compressed air or gas to generate large bubbles at the bottom of an IBC container. The rising bubbles create immediate vertical circulation mixing that stirs the liquids in the bulk container from the bottom up. A 4" accumulator plate attached to the end of a 60" stainless steel probe sits on the bottom of the IBC bulk container and introduces the compressed air bubble. The burst of compressed air from underneath the plate scours the bottom and lifts solids and heavier liquids up into the IBC container. This "bottom-up" vertical mixing process keeps the solids in suspension and the entire liquid contents of the intermediate bulk container in motion at any liquid level. This type of mixing is excellent for ensuring the corners of the IBC are thoroughly mixed and agitated without fear of damaging the IBC tank wall or the mixer.
